"HOW TO BE SURE IN YOURSELF "


Here is the simple steps which you have to follow. It will help you for improving confident and feel more sure of yourself in every area of your life.  You don't have to spend the rest of your life doubting yourself and second-guessing your decisions.  You don't have to feel nervous and tongue-tied when you talk to other people.  You can feel confident and sure of yourself in every situation.  Before I get into how to do that though, it's important that you understand what really cause you to feel a lack of self confidence.
Definition: Firstly we’ll discuss the definition of sure.
         Ø certain that something is real, true, or correct


The very bad thing:
One of the very bad thing in negative feeling or thoughts. If you remove this thing you’ll be sure in peace.
To begin with, you need to start seeing that your negative thoughts are actually affecting how confident you feel.  To do this, begin to notice when you start to feel anxiety or self-doubt creeping in.  As soon as you are aware of this feeling, take a moment to write down what you are thinking in that moment.  Ask yourself:

What am I thinking about right now and what negative thoughts or expectations am I having about it?




Be happy:
You need to do thing which  make you feel happy. :=) 


See good peoples:

When you’re stuck in a negative spiral, talk to people who can put things into perspective and won’t feed your negative thinking.

Do something good:
Take the focus away from you and do something nice for another person. You  took your mind off of things and you felt better for helping someone else.

Remember that no one is perfect and let yourself move forward.

It’s easy to dwell on your mistakes. The thing you can do now is learn from your mistakes and move forward.

Read positive quotes:

I like to place Post-It notes with positive quotes on my computer, fridge door and mirror as reminders to stay positive. Also, I’d like to share with you a quote by an unknown author that was shared in a meditation class that I attended:

Watch your thoughts, they become words.
Watch your words, they become actions.
Watch your actions, they become habits.
Watch your habits, they become your character.
Watch your character, it becomes your destiny.
